We actively monitor our inbox and check emails roughly hourly, with a reply within 24 hours of receiving your request. We may ask for more information before preparing the quote. For now, email details and photos to hello@haulaboard.ca; the request page prepares a local preview.
Review the tasks, price, locations, and timing. Pricing is quote-only, normally fixed-price, with no minimum charge for one-off jobs. Recurring business runs require monthly renewal and an agreed minimum commitment. Distance, waiting time, parking, labour, and other requirements are factored into the quote. Taxes are shown on your quote. Quotes and revisions need your approval through our software or by email agreement.
Our crew handles lifting, carrying, loading, and unloading; requested-area placement or drop-off-only service is agreed in your quote. For transport jobs, moving blankets, straps, stretch wrap, and floor and doorway protection as needed are included in the quoted price. Full or partial packing and unpacking are available, using our supplies or yours, with agreed labour and materials included. Furniture disassembly, reassembly, and new furniture assembly are chargeable services.
A substantially different job or extra work you request may need an updated quote or service-request agreement. We'll notify you of changes and seek approval before proceeding. See the full FAQ for more about booking and pickup-day arrangements.
We prefer to donate usable items and recycle items that cannot be donated. Our team chooses destinations and checks acceptance, with alternatives chosen within the agreed job if a facility declines an item. Facility fees are included in the quote and donation receipts can be arranged. Share the items' condition and materials; donation and recycling outcomes depend on facility acceptance.
