Include unusual items, destination preferences, and any timing restrictions in your quote request.
Send photos, an item and material list, the pickup location, access details, and your preferred destinations. The load, carrying needs, travel, and possible stops help us assess the job. Quotes are free, with a reply within 24 hours.
Runs are fixed-price and quote-only, with no minimum charge. All job factors—including the load, labour, distance, access, waiting, and planned stops or trips—are assessed for your quote. Taxes are shown. Facility fees are factored into the overall price and included, along with applicable mattress charges.
If facility costs for the quoted job differ from our estimate or were missed, we absorb the difference. Load changes or extra work require a revised quote or service-request agreement and your approval through our software or by email before the changed work proceeds.
Donation and recycling outcomes depend on facility acceptance. We prefer to donate usable items and recycle items that cannot be donated. Our team chooses the destination and checks acceptance.
If a facility declines an item, we can choose an alternative within the agreed job. Share any special destination conditions beforehand so they can be assessed with you and agreed in the quote. Added work or changes outside the agreed scope require an approved revised quote.
Include your preferred facility, the items intended for it, and any appointments or instructions in your quote request. You can also email details and photos to hello@haulaboard.ca.
Share your preferred destination and any arrangements already made. Our team selects the destination and checks acceptance; special requests are assessed case by case and agreed before booking. If a facility declines an item, we can choose an alternative within the agreed job.
We handle furniture, mattresses, household clutter, and appliances. Electronics, yard waste, renovation debris, and scrap metal are assessed case by case with you. Facility acceptance is checked separately; collection does not guarantee donation or recycling acceptance.
We do not accept asbestos, chemicals, or biohazards. Pressurised containers, batteries, tires, and pest- or mould-affected furniture or mattresses are accepted only when undamaged. Describe their condition and send photos. Package accepted special items safely and clearly label the contents.
Heavy, oversized, or unusual loads and appliance preparation are assessed case by case before pickup.
We can arrange donation receipts. Tell us about your receipt requirements before booking so they can be included in the plan.
Disposal receipts and other drop-off records are not normally provided, except in special cases. Discuss any specific record requirements with us before booking.
We serve Metro Vancouver, with longer-distance jobs considered case by case. Evenings, weekends, short-notice jobs, and same-day pickups depend on the schedule. All services use the same booking software with our most up-to-date availability.
Your booking is confirmed once the quote is approved and the date is finalised. Online booking is coming soon on this site; for now, email details and photos to hello@haulaboard.ca. We reply within 24 hours and check our inbox roughly hourly.
Deposits are only required for longer or higher-cost jobs; smaller jobs do not require one. Deposit amounts are decided per quote and due before pickup. The remaining balance is due on completion. We accept cash and e-transfer, with credit and debit card payments through our online system. We provide invoices to all customers.
Cancellation and rescheduling are handled case by case. Email us as soon as possible to discuss fees or deposit arrangements. If we cannot access your property or you are unavailable, be ready to take our call. If still unreachable, the booking must be rescheduled.
If Haul Aboard needs to cancel or reschedule, your deposit is refunded unless you accept rescheduling to a future date.

Describe each group of items, its intended destination, and any available time windows. Restrictions and special arrangements are assessed case by case with you.
