Haul Aboard Transportation Inc. is a Vancouver-based company helping households and businesses move, collect, deliver, and clear space.
From a single pickup to a larger move, we plan around the whole job: the load, every location, access, and the help needed at each stop. Agreed services and stops can be combined in one quote and booking.
All services cover Metro Vancouver, with longer-distance jobs considered case by case.

A Plan You Approve
We agree on the scope, price, and timing before booking. Quotes and revisions require your approval through our software or by email before the agreed work proceeds.
Care for Your Belongings
We plan handling around your items and access. Fragile, heavy, oversized, or unusual pieces are assessed case by case, with special placement instructions agreed beforehand.
Practical Local Planning
Stairs, building rules, loading windows, and parking shape the job. Customers arrange required elevator bookings, loading bays, and parking permits.
What We Handle
One pickup, a larger move, a cleanout, or a business run. Find the service that fits your job.
Moving & Delivery
Move belongings between addresses or collect furniture and appliances from a store or seller, with placement agreed in your quote.
Removal & Cleanouts
Clear unwanted contents, move into or out of storage, or arrange donation, disposal, and recycling runs. Facility fees for removals are included in the agreed quote.
Business Transportation
Office furniture, equipment, stock, and supplies transported on one-off or recurring runs. Recurring arrangements and reserved windows require monthly renewal and an agreed minimum commitment.

- Hands-On Help
- Our crew handles all lifting, carrying, loading, and unloading. For transport, moving blankets, straps, stretch wrap, and floor and doorway protection as needed are included. Packing and unpacking can be agreed in your quote; furniture assembly and disassembly are chargeable.
- A Quote You Approve
- Pricing is quote-only, normally fixed-price, with no minimum charge for one-off jobs. Taxes are shown. Substantial load changes or extra work require an approved revised quote. Your booking is confirmed once the quote is approved and the date is finalised.
- Care & Accountability
- We carry commercial insurance; email us with questions about coverage. For belongings being moved, we take before-and-after photos. Report damage as soon as possible so we can assess it case by case in discussion with you.
